Anger ( Bhaag Gussa Bhaag)


Anger is a creative force or a destructive force. It is also a physical condition like irritating, frustration, any wrong decisions or some many conditions are there that human can’t handle it. It depends on their capacity in which any second person or third person says anything or the first person can’t handle that capacity, then according to their mindset, the actions take place then that converted into Anger.
How this anger came from???
In the present time, Everyone has anger in their current situations. But the children, all other people who spend some time with their close people, friends, or others. Sometimes their close people have anger then they keep relate that anger in their life, for some conditions in which they apply that same anger on that life.
Being more anger is very dangerous also. Anger effect on their health. There are some diseases in which anger takes place like high blood pressure (BP), Intermittent explosive disorder (IED), depression, alcoholism, heart diseases, atherosclerosis, and many more which can affect life. Sometimes people can’t handle or take it seriously even on a wave of short anger, they take some wrong decisions. In some cases, anger is a permanent disease in human life sometimes known as mad on anger.
In very few conditions, anger is also good because the elder person have anger for their good things only. For example there is a small baby of dog, then any animal attacks on their baby, then their elder have anger on that animal then the baby is safe from their other animal. Few people also their that their anger turns into motivating in life.
People take much wrong decisions for controlling anger like drinking alcohol, smoking, women violence, and many things.
There are many ways to reduce your anger by doing yoga, meditation, stretch, mentally escape, stop talking for some time, write in your journal, laughing, imagine about forgiving them, taking a long breathe, walking around, relaxing your mind and muscles, repeat a mantra, forgetting the past and keep on the present time, taking actions on your work, and many more which will reduce your anger.
